Steel Plate Laser & Flame Cutting Service

CNC laser, flame and water jet cutting of steel plate to CAD drawings with tight tolerance, clean edges and fast delivery.

Send a DXF and receive parts, not plates. Fiber laser for clean edges up to about 25 mm, flame cutting beyond that to 200 mm and more, waterjet when heat input would hurt the material. Nesting is optimized across our stock so you pay for the part and the kerf, not the offcuts.

What We Cut

  • Carbon and low alloy plate 3-200 mm (flame), 1-25 mm (fiber laser)
  • Stainless and wear plate with laser or waterjet
  • Bevel cutting (K, V, X) for weld preparation
  • Drilling, countersinking and tapping to drawing

Tolerances and Edge Quality

  • Laser: plus or minus 0.5 mm, clean edge ready for welding
  • Flame: plus or minus 2 mm, edges supplied deslagged
  • Waterjet: no heat-affected zone, edges for sensitive alloys

How Ordering Works

DXF, DWG or STEP files come straight into our nesting software. You get a cut plan, weight and price per part, usually the same day. Stock items ship cut in 3-5 working days; larger programs follow production schedules.

Q: Can you source the plate and cut it together? A: Yes - that is the normal way. Grade, sizes, cutting and documents in one order, one delivery.
Q: Do you keep my drawings private? A: Files are used for your order only. NDA available for project work.
